what’s included?
All design services include: Up to 3 initial concepts with a maximum of 3 major and 2 minor revisions once a concept is chosen to develop further. The initial design process takes the longest, but is approximately 5 to 7 business days after all design questionnaires have been answered & returned. Please allow 2 to 5 days for revisions to be completed and returned for client review.
what’s not included?
Printing services; domain/url purchases & hosting plan fees; custom illustrations not done by GBD; scrapbook kits, stock images or any other digital image purchase; addition or writing of content; additional revisions or blog & website maintenance beyond what is included in your quote.

I have a deadline. Can you meet it?
- Please specify with the initial inquiry that there is a deadline. The project completion times largely depend upon the length of time it takes to receive return emails from clients, as well as, the design schedule during that period of time and whether or not the scope of the project can be completed by the suggested deadline.
How long does it take you to complete a design from start to finish?
- The project time frame largely depends upon how quickly you return all the materials needed to begin the project, as well as, how quickly you respond to correspondence regarding revisions, completion or questions in general that GBD may have for you.
Can I add services once we have started working on a project?
- Yes. Each additional item added will be billed as an addition to the original project quote and will not be considered part of the original quote.
What if I like all of the design concepts and wish to use all of them?
- The answer is simple…If you would like to use (a.k.a. keep, distribute, etc. with legal rights to the work) more than 1 design then you must purchase the additional design concepts.
How much are additional designs other than the 1 quoted to me in my proposal?
- Quoted cost for the individual design x number of additional designs = total amount to be paid for additional designs.
Do you offer any kind of support after my site launches?
- Yes. For a period of 30 days after your design is installed, GBD will provide up to 2 hours of limited phone or Skype support and unlimited email support during business hours only. Limited support applies only to the functionality of the site and does not include design alterations of any kind.
